Right. you just have to remember that while the thinker the clay the stronger the finished piece will be, the longer it'll take to dry. I have found that using the same techniques of wire armature skeleton and foil bulking for the "muscle" works just as well with the air dry as for polymer. The clay "skin" is still about a 1/4 inch thick so it's fairly strong.
And yes... you'll be seeing a lot more full body sculptures as well as the busts.
